Farewell, friend,
this entire crowd will miss you sorely,
and it's not enough
to deal with this loss by saying we're sorry
We should have paid you homage
before that eerie day
We hope there’s something left of you
to hear what we must say
We promise to spread your story
until our lungs run out of oxygen
You’ll always be in our memories,
till they fade out, deprived of oxygen
We know one song
cannot possibly encompass all your soul
We think, though,
making you eternal musically is our role
You used to speak so lowly
of yourself, but you were the best
Spent so much time being amazing,
had the right to be immodest…
Wherever you are, be sure
your awesome feats took away our oxygen
Compared to you, we’ll always feel
like a bunch of wastes of oxygen
The massive sadness has a
bright side, hard to believe:
it was a pleasure to know
someone who deserves this much grief
We promise to spread your story
until our lungs run out of oxygen
You’ll always be in our memories,

Dark Rain
"Dark Rain"
Boiling clouds of threatening murk,
Filling the sky from horizon to sights end,
Shadows deepen, creep and swell,
And lights seem dim and smothered,
The first drops fall
Remember; it's only rain
Thick sheets of glossy black,
Each drop like bitter corrosive tar,
Steak the buildings, paint the bricks,
Leave splashes of sorrow on the walls,
Leave tear marks on people's skin,
Always look forward; it's only rain
Trickling lines of sullen darkness creep,
Pouring over, around, and through,
Each path leeching heat, light, and life,
Like thieves taking happiness instead of gold,
Streets are dark as the rain falls
Keep you

No room left for me
Seems like this word has ran its course, no room left for the gentle hearts, the ones who love the ones who care, the ones who want to hold ones tights. It seems as if those things are wrong, as if those things are sins or damns, if someway i could change there minds i would do so if it cost my life. Love does not mean the same these days, people throw it around like air, as if its a trend or the thing to say or as if they are obligated to feel the same.Sorry world but i cant feel the same its just wasn't meant to be.

Help: Words Wanted
Hello. My name is, well, my name is not important. So, hello, my name is Irrelevant, and I want to tell a story. I talk to people all day, every day, and yet, I fail to ever say anything. I want desperately to say something worthwhile, to have a story to tell. Maybe you're exactly the same, or maybe you haven't got a clue what I'm talking about, either because you've already accomplished this goal or because you have not yet realized how ultimately useless your daily words are. For you lucky folk who have made a real difference with your words, be thankful. If you fall into the latter category, hang on to it with both hands. Once the realizat

Your favorite (hahaha, NO) author got tired of cynicism and decided to be nice for once. This is how you do posthumous homage to someone amazingly amazing.
I used an easier rhyme scheme, the ever less unusual ABCB, like in Things go happier [link]. Although it fits, I refuse to count the choruses in the scheme because it's a word rhyming with itself. I repeated it notably and used it as the title in order to artificially relate it to the essence to the poem, a trick to make the piece less predictable, which I should do more often.
